    Sorry, but Shola is not suitable for babies or children under the age of 18 years, and is not accessible for wheelchair users. We regret we are unable to accept pets with the exception of guide dogs. Shola is a non-smoking property and we do not accept reservations from night club revellers.

We are Sharon & David Schindler and as if we didn’t have enough “sh” sounds in our names, we have them in our business name too, Shola Coach House, Portrush.

Staying with us Schindlers at Shola Coach House we guarantee you not only a warm and friendly welcome, but a memorable stay complete with a bit of craic.  We promise first class service as you share our historic home in this secluded setting on the North coast of Ireland.

We are a sports fanatic Irish and English couple who between the two of us have lived, travelled, volunteered or worked in dozens of countries around the world including USA, Canada, India, Israel, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Australia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, South Africa, Namibia, and New Zealand.

Our inherent love of people and entertaining, combined with our globe-trotting adventures staying in everything from 2-man tents to 5-star hotels, has given us a great perspective on travellers tastes the world over which we believe will add to your special Irish B&B experience at Shola Coach House.
